BLOOM CONSULTING responds in good faith to inquiries from customers and other parties.
At the same time, for inquiries falling under any of the following, we may decline to respond, end our handling of the matter, or limit further contact.
- Private disputes, demands or communications unrelated to our products, services or transactions
- Repeating the same or similar content more than is reasonably necessary
- Intimidating, aggressive, insulting, discriminatory or threatening conduct
- Conduct that harms the reputation, credit or privacy of us or of a third party
- Demands for responses, apologies, money or other things beyond a reasonable scope
- Inquiries using false information, or conduct intended to obstruct our operations
- Other conduct that we reasonably judge to significantly impede ordinary business operations
Where such conduct is confirmed, we may, as necessary, block further contact, retain records, and take other appropriate measures. Where unlawful conduct or other necessity is recognised, we may consult lawyers, the police or other relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
This policy does not prevent customers from making legitimate inquiries or complaints, from requesting refunds, or from exercising any other rights afforded to them by law.
